Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in construction rentals or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of equipment, jobsite logistics, and maintenance needs.
• Financial literacy in P&L, cost control, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage on-site rental programs and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for project teams and on-site rental vendors.
• Visit sites to oversee equipment needs, maintenance, and transitions.
• Support preconstruction with vendor interviews, bidding, and awards.
• Monitor costs, forecast equipment trends, and report to stakeholders.
• Provide customer service and build strong vendor relationships.
• Assist with system troubleshooting for rental software and inventory.
• Track utilization and invoice accuracy for on-site equipment.
• Drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Travel to project sites as required.
