• Makes recommendations impacting project budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Partners with Project Leadership to align equipment strategy with execution plans.
• Leads vendor selection and negotiations for equipment rentals and service agreements.
• Maintains accountability for vendor performance, cost control, and service delivery.
• Directs equipment allocation and movement to maximize utilization and minimize downtime.
• Oversees equipment tracking systems for inventory and maintenance status.
