Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support equipment used at customer sites. You will interface with clients, apply mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge, and restore equipment to operation.

Responsibilities include assembly/disassembly of tooling, startup/shutdown, inspection, and safe operation with proper PPE. 1+ year of related experience and GD&T knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school or apprenticeship in a related field preferred.
• Minimum one-year related experience as a Tool Maker or Tool Maintenance Technician, combined with training.
• Thorough understanding of controls software in an automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble tooling and production equipment.
• Start up and shutdown equipment per operation requirements and safety procedures.
• Identify root causes by observing equipment in operation and using measuring instruments.
• Replace defective parts using hand and power tools and inspect workmanship.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions and procedures.
• Lift and move materials between storage and work areas safely.
• Operate equipment with safe practices and PPE compliance.
• Inspect assembled articles for conformance to standards using measuring equipment.
