Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment following safety and predictive maintenance systems.

You will handle hydraulics/pneumatics, controls, preventative maintenance, line start-ups, downtime analysis, and continuous improvement while keeping machinery functional for production and ensuring safe lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years experience in a production environment.
• Technical certification preferred in electrical, robotic, mechanical, or fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Launch activity and start-ups of lines.
• Maintain hydraulics/pneumatics and controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance calls to the line.
• Analyze machine performance and downtime data.
• Ensure lockout/tagout procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Document process improvements and downtime.
