Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is seeking a Laborer to assist in mobilization and demobilization, setup, installation, removal, and teardown of equipment at jobsites. You will be a practical team member and help drive the success of the overall crew across sites in Florida and beyond.

The role requires endurance for long hours in challenging weather, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Able to work long hours in extreme weather.
• DOT requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up and teardown equipment for job operations.
• Load, unload and move materials and equipment to/from sites.
• Move and maintain pumps, compressors, generators and hoses.
• Complete paperwork per company procedures.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Keep jobsites, yards and shops clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Follow environmental, health and safety standards.
• Adhere to The Mersino Way in daily activities.
