Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is seeking a Laborer to assist in mobilization and demobilization to and from jobsites, and to set up, install, remove, and teardown equipment at sites. The role supports the team and contributes to project success.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, maintaining equipment, and following safety standards. DOT requirements apply, with long hours in varying weather conditions and adherence to The Mersino Way.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to work long hours in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Setup and teardown equipment and systems for assigned job operations.
• Load, unload and transport materials and equipment to/from job sites.
• Move and/or maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses and other equipment.
• Maintain and complete all necessary paperwork per company procedure.
• Complete minor repairs of equipment on site and preventive maintenance on assigned vehicles or equipment.
• Clean, organize and maintain jobsites as required.
• Clean, organize and maintain yard and shop areas as required.
• Perform other tasks and duties as requested.
• Adhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards.
• Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities.
