Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino in Polk City, FL is seeking a dependable Laborer to support mobilization and demobilization of equipment, setup and teardown at jobsites. This hands-on role requires physical stamina and teamwork.

You will load and unload materials, transport gear, perform basic on-site repairs, and ensure safety standards. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to work long hours in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Set up and teardown equipment and systems for operations.
• Load, unload and transport materials and equipment to/from job sites.
• Move and maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses and other equipment.
• Maintain and complete paperwork per company procedure.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on-site.
• Keep jobsites, yard and shop areas clean and organized.
• Perform other tasks as requested.
• Adhere to environmental, health and safety standards.
