Job summary

Veolia is seeking a focused environmental services professional in Escondido, CA to manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste for client facilities. You will ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, complete required paperwork, and safely execute projects on schedule.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in Environmental Science or related field, 2–4 years’ industry experience, OSHA Hazwoper, and a Class A/B CDL. The role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of industry experience and customer service preferred.
• OSHA 40 hour Hazwoper certification.
• Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and suggest solutions to client problems.
• Manage onsite hazardous and non-hazardous waste needs per contract.
• Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
• Complete and file US DOT/EPA paperwork for waste disposal.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely to complete projects on time.
• Understand contract terms and follow through on assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
