Job summary

Medsien is seeking an On-Site Enrollment Specialist to support patient enrollment in CCM and RPM programs across Detroit clinics. This role requires in-person engagement with patients and collaboration with clinic teams to coordinate care and enrollment.

The position is full-time and 1099, located in the Detroit area. A CMA or RMA certification and travel willingness are required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably care management or chronic disease management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinical staff and patients.
• Willingness to travel to clinics in the Detroit, MI area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with eligible patients in person at partner clinics and introduce Medsien’s CCM and RPM programs.
• Educate patients on the benefits of CCM and RPM services and answer questions about the programs.
• Guide eligible patients through the enrollment process and ensure all information is completed accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families throughout enrollment.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and Medsien’s care management team to support enrollment experience.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and enrollment status.
• Work toward established patient enrollment goals.
• Represent Medsien professionally to patients and clinic staff.

Position Overview

As a Medical Assistant at Medsien, you will be stationed in various clinics across the Detroit, Michigan area, where you will support the implementation and management of Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and other care programs. This is not a remote position; you will work directly with physicians and care teams in person to assist with patient engagement and care coordination.

• Build positive relationships with patients and clinic staff while representing Medsien professionally.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.


• 1+ years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care management or chronic disease management role.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and patients.


• Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.


• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• Willingness to travel to different clinic locations in the Detroit, MI area as needed.
