Job summary

JARBO, a design-build energy services construction firm, seeks a Project Coordinator for its Kansas City operations team. You will support project managers, construction managers, and engineers across ESCO, infrastructure, and engineering markets, reporting to the Director of Construction.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' relevant experience, 3+ years in construction, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation controls including subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and submittals.
• Process subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices, finalize client billings, and resolve payment inquiries.
• Develop, track, and process prevailing wage documentation including certified payroll and project exemption certificates.
• Maintain digital drawings, standard operating procedures, and vendor compliance records for audit readiness.
• Prepare substantial completion documents and assemble final project closeout packages for clients.
