Responsibilities

• Independently respond to incoming emergency calls from customers and referrals.
• Assist customers and distribute relevant data to appropriate contacts.
• Maintain a customer database with detailed data entry into web-based apps.
• Enter information quickly and accurately to meet timelines.
• Route calls and provide information per client protocols and procedures.
• Support BELFOR emergency response personnel and adapt to process changes.
• Train new employees and handle other duties as assigned.
