The role requires working on embedded firmware for microcontrollers, with a focus on robustness and hardware integration. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of embedded software experience for microcontrollers or similar devices.
• Proficiency in C and experience with C#.
• Experience with git and debugging tools; hardware debugging skills.
• Knowledge of embedded software development for hardware and communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Write firmware for specified microcontrollers to meet functionality goals.
• Develop embedded software for new and existing systems.
• Update or write tools to configure updated devices.
• Support testing and assessment of embedded systems locally and off-site.
• Collaborate with government team through on-site meetings.
• Follow government development processes and best practices.
• Identify latest hardware, technology, and techniques for rapid evolution.
