Qualifications

• 1 year of Case Management/Social Worker experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (an assessment will be performed).
• Able to type 40+ wpm.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Bilingual-English and Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Data entry and scheduling interviews.
• Handle renewals and recertifications for current clients.
• Verify financial documents and background information.
• Provide customer service by answering calls and directing messages.
• Cover the front desk and assist visitors.
• Maintain logs, reports, and correspondence.
