Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted role near Medina, TN to serve elementary students in grades K-5 for the 26/27 school year. You will provide direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP development while collaborating with general and special education teams to support communication goals in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Active and current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license.
• Proven experience working in school-based settings.
• Comfortable working onsite (this is not a remote position).
• Skilled in providing therapy and assessment for elementary students (K-5).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K through 5.
• Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, staff, and families.
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and compliance requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary planning.
• Support students' communication goals within classroom and small group settings.
