Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an on-site Electrician in McPherson, KS to manage daily electrical and lighting system operations for a campus. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical equipment and building infrastructure.

On-call work and off-hours shifts may be required. The role requires NFPA-70E and OSHA-10 safety training, familiarity with BMS and CMMS systems, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior safety training such as NFPA-70e and OSHA-10.
• Familiarity with BMS and CMMS systems.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Subject to on-call 24 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation, repair, and maintenance of building electrical and lighting systems.
• Acts as SME on electrical, life safety, and fire alarm systems.
• Understands engineering design and operational aspects of critical systems.
• Troubleshoots and responds to operational and emergency situations.
• Maintains safe working environment and completes documentation.
