Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical operations on construction and industrial projects. You’ll supervise crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery per plans and codes.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll work with foremen, subcontractors, and clients to resolve field challenges and optimize performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical field teams on large projects.
• Strong communication and supervision of crews and subcontractors.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage resources effectively.
• Interest in professional development and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects and organize field operations with a PM.
• Oversee 2–4 crews; manage scope, budget, and margins.
• Supervise 50–70 workers across sites; ensure safety and quality.
• Initiate and drive projects from start to completion.
• Deliver daily production targets with high workmanship.
• Support recruiting, training, and foreman development.
