Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage all field electrical operations on construction or industrial projects.

You will supervise installation, scheduling, safety, and quality control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in accordance with plans and codes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 2+ teams on electrical construction projects.
• Proven ability to supervise field installations, scheduling, and quality control.
• Strong focus on safety and code compliance across sites.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites; may require relocation.
• Desire to obtain LEED or NICET II certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage electrical projects in the field to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee 2–4 crews and projects with budgets from $10M–$25M and 13% gross margins.
• Supervise 4+ supervisors and 50–70 employees across one or more sites.
• Initiate and lead projects independently and deliver high-quality electrical workmanship.
• Ensure daily production, installation methods, quality, and customer satisfaction meet standards.
• Support recruiting, training, and development of foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Maintain safety focus and work with the best equipment in the industry.

Job Summary
The Electrical Superintendentis responsible forleading and managing all field electrical operations on construction or industrial projects. This role oversees installation, scheduling, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, andin accordance withplans, codes, and company standards. The Electrical Superintendent works closely with project managers,foremen, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate daily activities and resolve field challenges.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency

• Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%

• Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites

• Independently start and manage projects

• Through managing your team,deliveragainst the highest standards for daily production, installationmethodology, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Help recruit, train, and developforeman, journeyman, and apprentices

• Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Have experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%

• Havedemonstratedsuccess supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites

• Have experience leading both large construction and data center projects

• Have experienceutilizingprefabrication

• Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives

• Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producinghigh qualityelectrical workmanship

• Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications

Work Environment:
