Job summary

Alterman, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from initiation to closeout.

You will manage accounts, coordinate with estimating, purchasing, and field teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading kickoff meetings, preparing cost projections, reviewing plans, and guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Requires apprenticeship completion or an associate degree in relevant field.
• Two years of field supervisory or PM experience in electrical construction.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts and manage profitability and revenue growth for assigned projects.
• Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and develop labor/cost projections.
• Manage project cost, schedule, and contract compliance in PMO/office environment.
• Coordinate with purchasing and field teams to procure materials and manage budgets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop staff to meet project goals.
