The ideal candidate will have an apprenticeship or an associate degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet pathways: apprenticeship with supervisory experience or an associate degree.
• Excellent communication and coordination with multiple groups.
• Familiarity with contract documents, plans, NEC knowledge, and project standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with project planning and scheduling.
• Review RFIs and submittals; evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare submittals and project documentation; support safety programs.
• Attend and document project meetings; monitor action items.
• Assist with closeout procedures including punch lists and AHJ inspections.
