Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an electrical assembler for on-site manufacturing work. You will assemble panels, harnesses, and wiring as per schematics, perform wiring, soldering, and testing to ensure proper operation.

The role requires reading electrical schematics, using hand tools and multimeters, and maintaining quality workmanship with strong attention to detail. You will collaborate with engineers and production teams while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical electrical training is a plus.
2+ years experience in electrical assembly or related field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Proficient with hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and other electrical tools.
Knowledge of basic electrical theory and component function.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Good communication and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical panels, harnesses, and wiring systems based on schematics and work instructions.
Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, stripping, and soldering of electrical components.
Mount and install components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks.
Conduct basic testing of assembled units to ensure wiring and functionality.
Troubleshoot and correct wiring errors or placement issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve problems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
