Job summary

Concentric is seeking an On-Site Forklift Technician to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment across multiple customer sites. You will service forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts, ensuring reliability and safety.

You will troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and complete repairs following manufacturer guidelines, while maintaining accurate work records and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in electric forklift repair.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical repair skills.
• Willing and ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, crouch and/or move in confined areas.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis using historical data.
• Complete repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and perform audits per PM tools schedule.
• Communicate with supervisor and team members via phone, email, or in person.
• Complete work orders and service records per time standards.
• Maintain accurate entry of work hours in Paylocity system.
