Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Forklift Repair Technician to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and related vehicles. The role requires strong repair skills, the ability to travel to multiple sites, and a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, completing repairs per guidelines, keeping accurate service records, and coordinating with customers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong equipment repair and/or electrical skills.
• Proven experience in electric forklift repair, especially on electric trucks.
• Willingness and ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Hydraulics or conveyor experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with good time/attendance management.
• Strong communication for documentation and customer interaction.
• Some computer skills; comfortable using a computer.
• physically able to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Must pass background check and drug screen; CDL is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis using Field Connect data.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer guidelines and on-time per PM_schedule.
• Inspect equipment and conduct audits; document work orders and hours.
• Communicate with supervisors and customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Adhere to safety requirements and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Possibly travel to customer sites to perform service tasks.
