Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an EHS Professional (OSHA 510) to support TSMC semiconductor construction operations in North Phoenix, AZ. This role is critical in maintaining site safety compliance and supporting large-scale construction teams in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.

The Safety Supervisor position is full-time, temp-to-hire, with schedules from 5A-2P or 7A-4P and a pay range of $40-$45 per hour depending on experience. On-site work at the TSMC North Phoenix site is required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 or OSHA 511 certification is required.
• 2+ years in construction safety or EHS.
• Experience on active construction sites, semiconductor/TSMC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Excellent communication across field teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and enforce site safety programs in OSHA and project requirements.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs, hazard assessments, and safety inspections.
• Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Lead or support safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Monitor PPE usage and site protocol adherence.
• Coordinate with safety reps, field teams, and project leadership.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture.
