Job summary

Boeing Wichita Site is seeking an experienced EHS professional to develop and implement occupational health and safety programs, lead incident investigations, and advance environmental stewardship across operations. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to minimize risk and promote a safe, compliant workplace.

You will deliver training, conduct health and safety audits, and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO 45001 standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
• Experience in risk assessments, safety programs, and audits.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and monitors occupational health and safety programs and processes.
• Drive thorough investigations for all incidents and accidents, develop root cause analysis and countermeasures, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Develops and provides training and instructions.
• Evaluates the impact of emerging issues, regulations and legislation to company operations.
• Develops corrective action plans to respond to internal/external audits and inspections.
• Plans and conducts health and safety audits.
