Job summary

Patriot Erectors, LLC is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety activities at our manufacturing facility west of Austin, Texas.

You will partner with Shop Operations Leadership, conduct inspections, lead investigations, deliver training, and ensure OSHA/environmental compliance across steel fabrication and related processes. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards applicable to manufacturing.
• Experience leading incident investigations, hazard assessments, inspections, audits, training, and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS systems.
• OSHA 500/501 credential or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day EHS activities for the facility.
• Partner with Operations to integrate safety into production and work planning.
• Conduct inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and employee observations.
• Coordinate JHAs, Pre-Task Plans, toolbox talks, and other hazard-control processes.
• Identify workplace hazards and develop practical corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training for new hires and ongoing field training.
• Maintain OSHA/environmental compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate PPE inventory with Operations and Procurement.
• Review EHS performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement of EHS programs and initiatives.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority when risks are identified.
• Lead, coach, and develop assigned EHS personnel.
