Danfoss GmbH is seeking an EHS Manager to lead our environmental, health, safety, and facilities program at our U.S. manufacturing site. You will drive compliance with Danfoss standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety culture.

You will partner with site leadership to set EHS strategies, manage ISO certifications, oversee facility maintenance, and engage employees in a world-class safety program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in EHS
• Experience with regulatory compliance programs in manufacturing environments
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and monitor EHS goals, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulations and manage reporting.
• Oversee ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses, with corrective actions.
