Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Quality EHS Manager for our Louisville, KY manufacturing facility. You will lead quality, environmental, health, and safety initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to meet high standards.

You’ll coach teams, manage audits and compliance, and influence cross-functional change while delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality/Safety role within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a management role.
• Black Belt in Six Sigma.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with behavior-based safety and structured root cause investigation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, environmental, health, and safety initiatives that improve operational performance, strengthen compliance, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive problem-solving and corrective action efforts by identifying root causes, reducing defects, and improving customer and employee outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, enhance manufacturing performance, and ensure consistent product quality.
• Oversee audits, compliance activities, and management systems to maintain alignment with quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and coach teams on quality and safety best practices, building accountability, capability, and engagement across the facility.
