Qualifications

• 5–7 years of construction safety experience on GC projects.
• Experience implementing project safety plans and client requirements.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 Construction Standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary EHS representative for the site.
• Implement and enforce project safety plans, AHAs/JHAs, and client requirements.
• Perform daily site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Lead incident, near-miss, and hazard investigations with root cause analysis.
• Interface with project management, subcontractors, owners’ representatives, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct site orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Monitor safety trends, metrics, and compliance documentation.
