Job summary

ERM is seeking an experienced EHS Manager in Lincoln, NE to provide environmental, health, and safety leadership and technical support at a client facility. Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA, environmental, and company requirements compliance.
• Manage EHS policies, permits, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide daily EHS support to operations and lead risk assessments.
• Develop and improve EHS programs (LOTO, Hot Work, Fall Protection, IH, MOC).
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions; track closure.
