Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Site Lead, EHS in Chaska, MN to lead a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory excellence.

You will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and day-to-day oversight of EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards. You will drive performance through data-led metrics, lead investigations, manage environmental programs, and collaborate across facilities to reduce risk and advance a world-class EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Science, Engineering, or a related EHS discipline.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments (10+ years preferred) with demonstrated leadership.
• Hands-on experience managing safety and environmental compliance programs (air, water, hazardous waste).
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local EHS regulations.
• Experience supporting environmental permitting, reporting, and regulatory inspections.
• Experience with hazardous materials/chemical safety management.
• Proven ability to lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on EHS training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to reinforce safe work practices and ensure compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Support incident investigations and site inspections; identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to identify hazards and reinforce safe practices.
• Partner with facilities, engineering, and operations on new projects to identify EHS risks and controls.
• Manage environmental programs (air, water, waste) with monitoring, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Support regulatory inspections and serve as primary contact for agency inquiries.
• Track and review EHS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain corporate management system activities including internal audits.
• Maintain an annual EHS budget including forecasting for capital expenditures.
