Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Clinical Applications Analyst to support EHR system implementation and optimization at Foothill Regional Medical Center in Tustin, CA. You will act as a bridge between clinicians, IT, and vendors to ensure workflows are effectively integrated.

You will gather requirements, configure applications, run tests, and train end users during all phases of the EHR deployment, while maintaining regulatory compliance and high patient care standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience implementing clinical systems (EMR, Ancillary, Reporting Analytics).
• Experience with clinical operations in an acute care setting.
• Experience with configuration, upgrades, release management, testing, and production support.
• Familiarity with IT service management and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Meaningful Use requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
• Preferred: Registered Nurse and experience with major EHR platforms (EPIC, CPSI, Oracle Health Cerner).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the review, revision, validation, and approval of clinical content for integration into healthcare information systems and EHR platforms.
• Collaborates with clinical stakeholders to ensure system content accurately reflects workflows and best practices.
• Ensures information systems are implemented in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Supports clinical departments during planning, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Provides ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and optimization for efficient use.
• Partners with teams to identify workflow improvements and system enhancements.
• Assists with change management by communicating updates and gathering user feedback.
• Monitors system performance and drives continuous improvement.
