Qualifications

• Five+ years’ experience in clinical system implementations (EMR, analytics, quality reporting).
• Working knowledge of clinical operations in an acute care setting.
• Experience with clinical reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of change management, IT hardware, and project management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds, tests, implements, and supports healthcare information systems.
• Leads EHR deployment projects and ensures adoption and workflow integration.
• Acts as SME for the EHR; liaises between IS, clinical staff, and leadership.
• Collaborates to analyze workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provides end-user training and guidance to maximize EHR utilization.
• Develops and implements strategic technology initiatives.
