Job summary

• Coordinate audits, interviews, records reviews, and corrective actions.
• Chair EOC Safety Committee; prepare quarterly reports and evaluations.
• Develop hospital-wide Safety Plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage Hazardous/Medical Waste and Waste Water programs.
