Job summary

Crossover is hiring for an Early Elementary Teacher (Guide) on a full-time, on-site basis. You will coach K–3 students through app-based core literacy activities, diagnose reading gaps, and design targeted sequences to close them. Expect relocation support and a compensation level around $120,000 USD per year.

You’ll lead morning launches, workshops, and daily routines, staying with students through lunch and closing. Applicants must be US-authorized and ready to work on campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject; teaching certificate not required
• At least 3 years' direct work with children ages 4–9
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K-3 (last 5 years)
• Structured-literacy training (LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Fundations, UFLI, SIPPS) or master's in reading
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Willing to relocate to listed campuses; relocation support provided

Responsibilities

• Coach two to four students through app-based core literacy learning and diagnose gaps.
• Lead morning launch, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities.
• Diagnose reading gaps from running records and fluency probes; design targeted sequences.
• Stay with students through lunch, recess, and closing to maintain daily goals.
• Drive weekly app goals with school currency, leaderboards, and gamification.
