Qualifications

• 3+ years working with children aged 4-9 in roles like teaching or coaching.
• 2+ years teaching reading in grades K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Structured-literacy training (LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS) or a master’s in reading/literacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject; teaching certificate not required.

Responsibilities

• Get every K-3 student to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Lead structured-literacy sessions for 2–4 students with diagnostic approaches.
• Maintain on-campus routines: launch, workshops, and check-chart activities.
• Drive students toward weekly app goals with gamification and leaderboards.
• Be with students from launch to closing, addressing frustration with proactive plans.
