Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or GED required.
• 1-year experience in a childcare setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; TB screen required.
• Has working knowledge of computer programs to perform clerical tasks: Outlook, Google Apps, Excel, Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates hands-on interactive learning experiences with children.
• Assists in the registration process of children.
• Updates and ensures accuracy of student files.
• Maintains regular communication with parents regarding services, enrollment, scheduling or routine changes, events.
