Qualifications

• 1 year of childcare experience preferred.
• Coursework in early childhood development preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Submit to annual TB screening.
• Proficient with Outlook, Google Apps, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans using the HighScope curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Monitor and document children's progress and communicate with parents.
• Facilitate activities promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Communicate with parents about experiences and achievements.
• Adapt teaching methods for inclusive education.
