Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is hiring an On‑Site Quality Control Inspector for the E&I division on a power project in Pecos, TX. The role reports to the Project E&I QC Lead or Project Manager and works with client reps and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance.

The candidate will oversee 3rd party inspections, maintain quality records, and ensure staff certifications. Night shift and on-site presence are required, with emphasis on safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 yrs. experience as an E&I project quality inspector.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to clear drug and background requirements.
• Experience in E&I disciplines with multi‑disciplined onsite teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Word.
• Familiar with NEC, NETA, IEEE, VE‑2 codes.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents and drawings to ensure quality procedures.
• Ensure all on-site staff are properly certified.
• Report completion status and quality inspections weekly.
• Implement the approved Quality Inspection and Test Plan.
• Oversee 3rd Party inspections and testing for quality compliance.
• Maintain project quality documentation and turnover books.
• Perform system completion walk-downs and report deficiencies.
