Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Network Administrator to support DoDIN at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This on-site role operates in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts to meet mission priorities, requiring an active secret clearance.

The candidate will resolve alerts, diagnose circuit issues, and ensure network reliability across DoD networks. Requirements include 3+ years of LAN/WAN experience, DoD 8570 IAT II (Security+), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant network experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+ or equivalent).
• Active Secret Clearance (with upgrade to Top Secret).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve network monitoring alerts using available docs and research.
• Diagnose circuit issues with router commands, loopback tests, error analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor network performance with specialized tools and escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain incident tickets using Remedy.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting across a global DoDIN network.
