Qualifikationen

• Minimum two (2) years of federal/Department of War (DoW) operational contracting experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least two areas: acquisition strategies, solicitations, proposal analysis, contract mods, closeout.
• Familiar with FAR/RFO guidance, supplements, deviations, and local procedures; understands contractor advisory authority.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe; able to learn CON-IT, PIEE, KT File Share, SAM.gov; strong records management and communication.

Aufgaben

• Prepare draft acquisition packages including market research, SOWs, IGCEs, analyses, and solicitation documents.
• Route and maintain draft contract mods, modifications, option exercises, and closeouts; obtain CO approval.
• Research government procurement records and pricing history to support planning and recommendations.
• Maintain procurement trackers and monitor deadlines; provide workload visibility to leadership.
• Maintain electronic records using CON-IT, PIEE, KT File Share, SAM.gov and related systems.
• Attend procurement meetings; prepare minutes and briefings within 48 hours.
• Coordinate with government partners, vendors, and contractors to clarify requirements and milestones.
• Provide admin and analytical support for acquisitions across construction, services, commodities.
• Safeguard CUI, procurement records, contractor data, and Privacy Act information.
