Job summary

RQC, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer for Camp Lejeune, NC to support all phases of a commercial construction project on an active military base.

The PE will assist with planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring, with priority to local candidates; relocation or travel will be required.

Minimum BA/BS in Construction Management or related field; experience in DoD projects preferred; CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 required.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet) required
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required
• LEED GA credential desirable
• QCM certificate desirable
• Prior commercial construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support all activities and phases from concept to completion.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and monitoring on projects.
• On-site involvement on an active military base as needed.
