Job summary

Alexandria Insights, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks a Budget/Financial Analyst to support DoD acquisition and program management offices. You will develop spend plans, assist with POM submissions, maintain auditable records, and provide analytical support across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related discipline
• Experience: 5–10 years of related finance or business analysis experience
• Security Clearance: Eligible for secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of spend plans, budget exhibits, financial action requests, and below threshold realignments
• Assist with POM development and alignment with program requirements
• Create and maintain financial tracking documents with updates
• Support updates to Capital Asset Cost Forms (CACFs) for capital asset equipment
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document contract and reimbursable funding and transfers
• Maintain auditable financial records and assist with audit responses
• Monitor and report on financial execution against benchmarks
• Liaise with customers to capture financial requirements
• Demonstrate proficiency in standard financial software and reporting tools
• Organize and prioritize tasks to deliver financial products
