Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for drywall, framing, plastering, Division 10 specialties, and related scopes.
• Review plans and specifications to develop accurate bids in coordination with project managers.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes; identify value-engineering opportunities.
• Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information; support bid strategies.
