Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in district management, a track record with large communities, and strong leadership and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is a plus; background checks and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years as a District Property Manager or higher.
• Experience overseeing a large community of 350+ units.
• Ability to lead a large team and communicate with staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Entrata or related programs a plus.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Energy, positivity, and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property financial goals and budgets.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance staff development.
• Plan office schedules and assign tasks.
• Administer tours and assist prospective residents.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and safety standards.
