Job summary

Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is hiring an on-site District Property Manager to join our team at 83 West Townhomes in West Bloomfield, MI. This 504-unit community requires strong leadership to oversee daily operations and protect value.

The District Property Manager will manage finances, supervise staff, conduct marketing outreach, and ensure excellent resident service while upholding AMP standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years as a District Property Manager or higher required.
• Experience overseeing a large community of 350+ units required.
• Ability to lead a large team and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Entrata or related programs is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Background screening and drug test required.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Rotating Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining property financial goals and budgets.
• Supervising property staff and coordinating leasing and maintenance.
• Marketing outreach and resident relations to maintain occupancy and satisfaction.
• Preparing reports on property conditions and financial wellness.
• Ensuring safety and enforcing community policies.
• Collaborating with maintenance on projects and repairs.
