Job summary

East West Hospitality seeks a Director of Residential Services at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. You will lead Owner Services, Rental Management, and Residential Operations, delivering an exceptional owner experience through strategic oversight and cross-department collaboration.

You will drive financial performance, governance, and program delivery, partnering with hotel leadership and HOA stakeholders while guiding a high-performing team toward outstanding service in a luxury

Qualifications

• 5+ years hotel or condo management experience, preferably in luxury settings.
• Experience leading a department and managing owner/HOA relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Residential Services team and owner experience; set service standards and metrics.
• Own owner communication and issue resolution; ensure timely, complete responses.
• Lead rental, homecare, and residential programs; collaborate with GM and departments to meet objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, monthly statements, and financial controls; optimize revenue.
• Govern governance, compliance, and records; prepare agendas for boards.
• Build partnerships with Real Estate Sales, HOA, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless experiences.
