Job summary

Heartland Consulting is seeking a Digitization Project Manager / Site Lead to serve as the on-site leader for contractor staff performing document preparation, digitization, quality control, and reassembly services at AIRR facility in Lenexa, KS. You will balance production with surge projects while ensuring compliance with NARA, DOI, and BTFA policies.

The role requires five years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust and PIV card.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in digitization, records, or related fields.
• Experience with on-site leadership and contract staff supervision.
• Familiarity with NARA, DOI, BTFA records management policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site supervisor for all contractor personnel.
• Manage staffing across document prep, digitization, QC, and reassembly.
• Coordinate with Government DCE Supervisor to balance workload.
• Ensure work aligns with SOPs including Reassembly, Box Prep, QC procedures.
• Submit Weekly Status Reports and monitor attendance and performance.
