Qualifications

• SEM & SEO experience within a B2B marketing environment.
• Martech familiarity - Tracking Data Analysis tools, WordPress CMS and Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
• Capability building, backed by results - as part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to provide supporting KPIs that demonstrate their knowledge and success from past campaigns.
• 3+ years implementing SEO & SEM plans for high value B2B solutions.
• 3+ years of WordPress or related content management systems (CMS).
• 3+ years Digital Analysis & Reporting.
• 3+ years experience with Project Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, monitor and assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives including SEM, SEO and LLM optimization.
• Oversee website edits and content creation as needed.
• Drive lead generation through SEM, SEO and AEO to generate MQLs and SQLs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI reports on digital marketing efforts.
• Serve as subject matter expert for SEM, SEO, AEO and website maintenance.
