DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian for an Assisted Living Community. The consultant will perform quarterly onsite visits (5.5 hours each) to complete food safety and sanitation audits, meal and dining observations, and nutrition referrals for high-risk residents.

• CDR credentials required
• State license required if mandated by the state
• 2 years consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly onsite visits (5.5 hours per visit) to complete food safety and sanitation audits.
• Conduct meal and dining observation audits and provide nutrition referrals for high-risk residents.
• Collaborate with clinical team and dining managers to ensure regulatory compliance and quality dining services.
• Provide nutrition education and guidance to dining staff; support policy development and care planning.
