Job summary

DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide consulting services for assisted living communities. You will conduct quarterly onsite visits (6-8 hours) to perform food safety audits, dining observations, and nutrition referrals for high-risk residents.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, train dining staff, and help ensure regulatory compliance. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, ongoing CE opportunities (12-20 hours/year), and a supportive mentoring

Qualifications

• CDR credentials and state licensure as required.
• 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly on-site visits for audits and nutrition referrals.
• Observe meals and dining to ensure high nutritional standards and sanitation.
• Provide training and mentoring to dining managers and staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
